Radiant Life Ministries is buying Multicultural Television Broadcasting’s WOAC in Cleveland for an undisclosed price, TVNewsday reports. The nonprofit religious broadcasting service is scooping up the channel after MTB defaulted on loans on four of its stations, which were left in the hands of Multicultural Capital Trust, the site says.
