Ratings for televised baseball games have continued to slump, with household ratings for Fox Saturday Baseball down 9% compared with last season, the Wall Street Journal reports. Fox executives will meet with Commissioner Bud Selig next week to brainstorm on how to turn around the sinking ratings, the newspaper says. The network’s plans include broadcasting baseball films on Sunday afternoons on FX, the publication adds.
