Ex-CNN news anchor Daryn Kagan is starting a syndicated news service with positive stories called “Good News With Daryn Kagan,” Broadcasting & Cable reports. The show will sell TV stations five two-minute video packages that can be used in newscasts or on Web sites, the trade paper says.
