Ryan Murphy, an executive producer of Fox’s new show “Glee,” tells USA Today he wanted to work on “something optimistic and uplifting” after spending eight years on “Nip/Tuck.” “This show has to make you smile and feel good by the end of the hour,” he tells the newspaper. The show, about a high-school glee club, includes five to eight production numbers per episode, the publication adds.
