Idol Sponsor AT&T Gave Allen a Hand

May 27, 2009  •  Post A Comment

AT&T representatives brought phones with free text-messaging to parties in Arkansas organized to support Kris Allen, who won “American Idol” last week, the New York Times reports. Supporters of runner-up Adam Lambert have flooded online message boards complaining that the sponsor’s activities were unfair, but Fox officials declined to discuss the situation, the paper says.

  1. Kris Allen sucks!
Anyone who watched the the final episode could clearly see that he was no match for the vocal prowess of Adam Lambert. That show’s been a fraud since day one. Whatever the producers figure out will net them the most profit is what they announce as being the fans choice. It’s all just a deceptive way to keep viewers thinking they have a vested interest in watching and voting, which they DO NOT!

  2. I am not in reality positive if greatest practices have emerged around stuff similar to that, other than I am sure that your great job is obviously identified. I was questioning if you offer any membership near your RSS feeds because I would be very interested.

  3. I agree with your thoughts here and I really love your blog! I’ve bookmarked it so that I can come back & read more in the future.
