As the networks come down to the wire with the schedules they’re seeking deals on the license fees they pay for many of their veteran shows, the Hollywood Reporter says. The negotiations could affect the return of such series as “Cold Case,” “Without a Trace,” “The Unit,” “Law & Order,” “My Name is Earl,” “Scrubs,” and “The New Adventures of Old Christine,” the trade paper says. The Reporter also looks at which new shows might be picked up by the networks.
