Despite a so-so summer showing, ABC is sticking to its decision to bring back "Better Off Ted," reports Tim Goodman of the San Francisco Chronicle.
ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson acknowledged that the network had run new episodes of "Better Off Ted" this summer with the hopes of cultivating an audience.
Unfortunately, the ratings were poor. "We would have definitely liked a better performance, but I do think we’re going to put on really good [episodes] in the fall, and that’s going to determine whether the show works or not."
