"Criminal Minds" actor Shemar Moore is down but not out.

According to the Associated Press, publicist Staci Wolfe said that last Saturday while the actor was biking in Los Angeles, he was hit by a car. He was rushed to the hospital where he was treated for a fractured leg.

While Ms. Wolfe added that, overall "he’s okay."

Moore is an Emmy-winning actor who started on "The Young & the Restless." He currently is about to begin his fifth season as Derek Morgan on the CBS series "Criminal Minds."
