In the Ratings, Football Was the Real Millionaire, and the Best in the Neighborhood

NBC’s airing of an exhibition football game between the Buffalo Bills and Tennessee Titans and a repeat of "Dateline" did better in the ratings than the much-publicized primetime return of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" with Regin Philbin on ABC and CBS’ "There Goes the Neighborhood" by reality impressario Mike Fleiss.

The debut of Mark Burnett’s "Shark Tank" on ABC also pulled ratings that were less than expected, TV By The Numbers reports.
