Sonic Youth will perform an unplugged version of its1986 song "Starpower" for the CW’s “Gossip Girl” this fall, reports Entertainment Weekly.
“We have a very special event coming in Episode 5 that we’re filming right now and they seemed the ideal musical guest for it,” EW quotes Gossip Girl" showrunner Stephanie Savage as saying.
