Mark McEwen, best known as the weatherman on CBS’ "The Early Show," lost his lawsuit against the doctor who had not warned him of remedies to avoid the massive stroke that derailed his career and nearly cost him his life, according to the Associated Press.
McEwen had visited the doctor two days before the stroke. The lawsuit contended that the physician’s misdiagnosis of stomach flu led to the catastrophic stroke.

Wow, a black man has a stroke? What are the odds? Seriously, McEwen is in a high-risk group for stroke (black males) and should have known his risk, perhaps from all the males in his family with early death from high-blood pressure.
