A judge on Friday threw out a wrongful termination lawsuit filed against CBS and Bob Barker by a former employee of "The Price Is Right," reports the Associated Press.
Deborah Curling had sued former host Barker and CBS in October 2007, claiming she was improperly fired because she testified in another employee’s wrongful termination case.
She also claimed the show was a hostile work environment. That was the only issue that remained to be tried, after several of the other issues were previously dismissed.
The judge found Curling had not proven that Barker made racist and anti-Semitic jokes.
