Even with President Obama’s half-hour Afghanistan speech throwing off Tuesday’s primetime schedule, NBC’s "The Biggest Loser" was up a tad to a 3.7 Nielsen rating in the adult 18-49 demo, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

On Fox, "So You Think You Can Dance" pulled a 2.1, and on CBS, reruns of "NCIS" and "Two and a Half Men" were respectible, with a 2.4 and 2.7, respectively. The one fresh show, "Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show," netted a 2.9.

ABC’s relaunch of "Scrubs" failed to generate a lot of excitement ratings-wise, getting a 2.0, which was a 35% drop from last year. At 10 p.m., "The Forgotten" was only able to dig up a 1.2, off 33%.
