Sitcom veterans Valerie Bertinelli ("One Day at a Time"), Jane Leeves ("Frasier"), Wendie Malick ("Just Shoot Me") and Betty White ("The Golden Girls"), will all be in a new ensemble comedy, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

The show, "Hot in Cleveland," is a pilot for TVLand.

Suzanne Martin (“Frasier”) is writing the series about three fortysomething friends who decide to move to Cleveland from L.A., because the locals think they are glamorous. White plays a neighbor.

  1. I hope this is more than a rumor. The way TV looks now, all the “good old”
shows are history. I, for one, like to tune in and see familiar faces; even on a new show. (Think “Frasier” in several incarnations, plus “Debby,” or “Robert,”
    or even Madamme Barone!)

  2. “….three fortysomething friends who decide..”
That’s part of the promo material…
    WHAT!!!!??????? WHO IS THE 40-SOMETHING???

  3. P.s. BETTY WHITE can wipe he floor w/ these “40-somethings”

  4. Betty White has always been loved by me, and I just cannot wait to see this show. When is it supposed to be on t.v.? Like the combination of persons in The Golden Girls, which I absolutely love, this new one “Hot In Cleveland”, sounds as though it has a good combination also, which is everything.

  5. Interesting thoughts here. I appreciate you taking the time to share them with us all. It’s people like you that make my day 🙂
