C-SPAN will carry live coverage of the House hearings on the proposed Comcast takeover of NBC Universal, B&C reports.

The hearing will begin Thursday at 9:30 a.m. The network hasn’t decided whether to cover the Senate’s afternoon hearing, with the same executives expected on the lineup.
