ABC Contemplates Midday News Program

Mar 16, 2010  •  Post A Comment

There may be a new ABC news program popping up on the lineup, but not in primetime or late night, but right in the middle of the day, reports the New York Observer.

Part "The View" and part "Good Morning America," the project is being informally titled "Midday America."

The recently hired Ashleigh Banfield is one name being attached to this new show, if it ever gets off the drawing board. It’s yet unclear how stations would be able to fit the show into their daytime schedules, assuming the show gets to that point.

  1. In the case of KOCO/Oklahoma City…that shouldn’t be a problem. They have no noon newscast.

  2. Sounds like a replacement for One Life to Live.

  3. What a relief to discover a post that may possibly be at last really worth reading! I’ve been looking for all-around in relation to this matter except men and women now put garbage posts, or brief empty posts. I have observed a couple vids on youtube but it’s now the equivalent as reading a good post.
