It’s the Eleventh Hour, You’re Going to An Oscar Party, You’re Going to Have to Enter an Oscar Poll, and You Don’t Want to Embarrass Yourself. Here’s Our Oscar Picks–Including The Really Tough Ones, Like Short Documentary

Our guesses are probably as good as yours. Though we DID once win a contest the Village Voice had for picking Oscar winners.

The best thing about our choices is that they give you a great out…If you use our choices and you do terrible, just blame us. If you use ours and do well, it’s fine with us if you just take the credit…

[Update: The Oscars have now been given out, and we got 15 right and 9 wrong. We did well in most of the major categoriies, but blew the screenwriting awards, the two sound awards, and the one’s that are tough for most of us, the short films.]
