The producers of "Access Hollywood" will launch a new, one-hour live entertainment news talk show news program in September called "Access Hollywood Live."
Announcing the project today, Barry Wallach, NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution president, and John Wallace, president of NBC Local Media, said the show will premiere on six of the NBC O&Os: WNBC-TV New York, KNBC-TV Los Angeles, WMAQ-TV Chicago, KNTV-TV San Francisco, KNSD-TV San Diego and WVIT-TV Hartford.
The show will be executive produced by "Access" EP Rob Silverstein.
