Kids network Nickelodeon announced six new series today during its 2010 annual upfront presentation in New York, including one based on a hit animated movie.

Dreamworks’ "Kung Fu Panda: The Series" picks up where the movie left off, with panda Po, the energetic, enthusiastic, always hungry martial arts bear championing the rights of the creatures in the Valley of Peace, the network said..

"Bubble Guppies" is a new CGI-animated show for pre-schoolers, set in an underwater classroom. "T.U.F.F. Puppy" comes from Nickelodeon success Butch Hartman and focuses on a dumb but aggressive pooch named Dudley Puppy as he enters a super secret crime fighting organization.

"Planet Sheen" is a spin-off from "Jimmy Neutron." "Victorious" stars Victoria Justice from "Zoey 101." "House of Anubis" is a long-form mystery show that will debut in Fall 2010.
