NBC’s Paul Telegdy, executive VP of alternative programming, says Donald Trump’s original “Apprentice” will return to the network in the fall, and “provide new hope for many Americans struggling in this difficult job market," reports The Hollywood Reporter.
At the very least it might provide hope for the 14 unemployed contestants who will be cast and given a chance to compete for a job working in Trump’s organization.
Donald Trump himself said he’ll be adding something extra to those he tells are fired. He will talk to them for a few minutes about their careers.
Producer Mark Burnett is again at the helm.
