Prepare to Meet a Whole New Kind of Crazy: MTV’s ‘Jersey Shore Goes International

MTV is exporting its hit “Jersey Shore” to more than 30 countries where it has networks beginning this week, the New York Times reports.

To promote the series, the network is promoting the beach lifestyle with spots called “Get Jersey Shored.”

Network executives told The Times that they believe the series has global appeal; one spot promises: “prepare to meet a whole new kind of crazy.”
