It’s the 10th Annual TVWeek Media Buyer of the Year. As always, the announcement of this prestigious honor is timed to coincide with the annual 4A’s Media Conference, which this year is a combined Media and Management confab in San Francisco.

Our Media Buyer of the Year is Rino Scanzoni, the Chief Investment Officer of GroupM. In that capacity Scanzoni oversees the media buying strategy of Mindshare, MediaCom, Maxus and Mediaedge:cia. Scanzoni also runs Mediaedge:cia.
