Chicago insurance executive Michael David Barrett, who was convicted of stalking and secretly videotaping ESPN reporter Erin Andrews, was sentenced to 30 months in prison, TheWrap reports.

The sentence was higher than the 27 months Barrett had earlier agreed to because Andrews didn’t agree to the bargain. She also asked for $335,000 from Barrett; the judge ordered Barrett to pay costs to be determined later.

Andrews, who will soon begin appearing on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars,” said after the sentencing that “I would’ve liked a longer sentence."

Barrett’s prison time begins May 3.
