Alicia Guastafarro, one of the children on a family participating in the ABC reality series "Wife Swap," is suing Disney, the parent company of ABC, for $100 million claiming that she was harmed by her appearance on the show, reports the New York Post.

When the episode was showm, Alicia was 15-years-old. According to court documents, Guastafarro said she was depicted on "Wife Swap" to make her look like a spoiled brat and made her subject to the taunts and jeers of schoolmates.

The suit filed in Manhattan court said, "For their own profit, defendants purposefully, intentionally and knowingly caused severe emotional and psychological harm to a fragile 15-year-old." Guastafarro also claims certain scenes on the show were fabricated.

In addition to Disney, ABC and RDF Media were cited. The shows producers declined commenting on the case to the Post.
