ABC’s summer lineup will bring back some favorite reality shows, add two new unscripted programs and throw in a three new scripted entrants, the Los Angeles Times’ Showtracker blog reports.

Trying to prove that love can be found anywhere, the obstacle-course favorite "Wipeout" will return on June 1 with a blind-date-themed episode. How does that work? Twelve single men and 12 single women will pair up to run the course, with the chance of winning $100,000.

"Bachelor Pad," debuting Aug. 9, will plunk 20 contestants from "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" in the same house with the hope that love ensues.

As previously reported, "Downfall" will premiere on June 29 and offers the novelty of watching quiz-show contestants who give wrong answers see their winnings thrown off the side of skyscraper.

The three new scripted shows are "The Gates," "Scoundrels" and police drama "Rookie Blue." "The Gates," set in suburbia, has a supernatural edge, while "Scoundrels" stars Academy Award-nominee Virginia Madsen in a comedic drama about a family of petty criminals. Other shows in the lineup include "True Beauty" and "Dating in the Dark."
