U.S. audiences may get unfettered online access to British television hits such as "Prime Suspect" and "Cracker" through Hulu if all goes well in talks between the online video site and the U.K.’s ITV, the New York Post reports.
The British broadcaster is pledging 125 titles to the deal, including the original "Prime Suspect," starring Helen Mirren, and 1960s puppet action show "Thunderbirds." The agreement would call for ITV programming to roll out on Hulu over a six-month window, although potential sticking points include hurdles over music clearances and content issues.
