Report: Charlie Sheen’s Threats to Leave ‘Two and a Half Men’ Are a Negotiating Ploy

Apr 5, 2010  •  Post A Comment

The news last week that Charlie Sheen was saying that he was done with "Two and a Half Men" is starting to look more and more like a negotiating ploy, according to TMZ.

Sheen, who earned as much as $825,000 per episode this past season, is reportedly interested in returning for the final two seasons of the hit sitcom if he could receive $1.5 million per episode. TMZ reports that CBS has offered $1 million per episode.

TMZ reports that insiders find it ludicrous that Sheen would walk away from "Men," considering the amount of money already involved, along with its syndication deal.

CBS has already picked up "Two and a Half Men" through 2012.
