Comcast’s E! and Style Acquire ‘Sex and the City’ Rights

Apr 14, 2010  •  Post A Comment

E! and Style, both part of Comcast Entertainment Group, have bought the off-network rights to HBO’s "Sex and the City," B&C reports.

That means the networks will have access to the series’ 94 episodes, as well as limited digital, VOD and mobile rights as of Jan. 2011, the piece says.

E! had already bought the rights to the first "Sex and the City" movie, which is scheduled to air July 2012.

TBS had previously held the basic cable rights to the show.

  1. Thanks for your visiting this http://www.hello-free.com/freebies online Free WebSite.

  2. Great post!

  3. Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

  4. great share, great article, very usefull for me…thank you
