Starz Chief Executive Chris Albrecht has brought two new executives to the pay-TV network, while Bill Hamm is leaving as executive vice president of production and development, B&C reports.
The new members of senior management had worked with Albrecht in his previous roles at IMG and HBO. Carmi Zlotnik will take on the new role of Starz Media managing director. Most recently he had served as head of global operations at IMG, with a 20-year stint at HBO before that.
John Penney has been appointed as executive vice president strategy and business development at Starz Llc, where he’ll help Albrecht with business strategy and partnerships. Penney had previously worked with Albrecht at Foresee Entertainment, IMB and HBO.
