With the National Hockey League playoffs moving into the second round, the broadcasts on Versus have shown significant growth in the Nielsen ratings, reports Multichannel News.
In the first 12 days of conference quarterfinal round coverage through April 25, Comcast’s national sports network averaged a 0.6 household rating and 552,000 viewers.
That’s a gain of 50 percent and 25 percent, respectively, over last season’s broadcast.
