Bianna Golodryga will join co-anchor Bill Weir on the weekend edition of "Good Morning America," ABC News president David Westin announced today.
Golodryga is replacing the chair left vacant by Kate Snow, who left ABC for NBC’s "Dateline" nearly two months ago.
Beginning tomorrow, Saturday, May 8, Golodryga will be part of the team that includes Weir, news anchor Ron Claiborne and weather anchor Marysol Castro.
Westin’s statement explained that in her new role, Golodryga will continue to report on the economy, Wall Street, business trends and financial issues as a correspondent for all ABC News broadcasts and platforms.
