The producers of "Entourage" are close to a deal with HBO to create a female-focused series about a group of woman friends who live and work in Los Angeles, the Hollywood Reporter reports.

"Entourage" executive producers Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson of Leverage are teaming with Leah Rachel and Emily Montague, who developed the idea. The show won’t be as centered on Hollywood as "Entourage," the report says.
