There’s a story circulating that CBS has decided to pick up the drama pilot "Chaos," but not for a mid-season 13 episode order, reports Deadline.com.

The network offered an eight episode order. 20th TV is contemplating the proposition and talks between them and the network are ongoing.

"Chaos" has a strong cast and production team behind it, including the pilot directed by Brett Ratner from a script by Tom Spezialy.

The cast includes Eric Close and Freddy Rodriguez, and the plot is about ex-CIA agents who now take on governmental interference and evil doing.
