Spanish-language broadcaster Telemundo said it will revamp its prime time lineup starting on Monday with an all-telenovela schedule, including a Spanish-language version of "Grey’s Anatomy," the New York Times’ Media Decoder blog reports.

The Telemundo version will be called "A Corazon Abierto," or "An Open Heart," and will be set in San Antonio, rather than the original program’s hometown of Seattle. The program will be replacing a game show called "12 Corazones," or "12 Hearts," because "people love novelas," Telemundo Chief Operating Officer Jacqueline Hernandez said. The game show will be pushed back to a daytime slot.
