The CW has greenlighted a makeover reality show called "Plane Jane" for a summer debut, reports Nellie Andreeva on Deadline.com. 

The program, from "Big Brother" executive producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan, features fashion expert Louise Roe as she helps plain Janes prepare for a date with a crush. The women will be given a complete makeover, ranging from a new wardrobe to exercises to help build their confidence. The women will reveal their identities to their crushes at the end of the episodes.

The order is likely to be in the six-to-eight episode range and Sony Pictures Television is producing.
