Why One Former ‘Lost’ Star was NOT on the Finale–It’s Not Like the Producers Didn’t Try and Get Him (Don’t Read If You Still Haven’t Seen the ‘Lost’ Finale)

There was one former ‘Lost’ star who was not on the finale–but it wasn’t for lack of trying by the show’s producers.

He was the fifth character that had been killed on the series, and the producers wanted him to make a guest appearance on the finale, according to E! online’s Watch with Kristen blog, written by Kristen Dos Santos.

Wrote Dos Santos, "According to ABC and Lost insiders, [Mr. IEko, played by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje] was offered a hearty sum to do one scene in the last hurrah, but the actor wanted five times the amount that was offered. It didn’t work out."

  1. This is probably a Kristen error, but Adewale played Mr. Eko, not Mr. Iko.

  2. Hi Caitlin. No, it was an editing mistake. It now read Eko. Thanks for pointing out the error.

  3. What about Julie Bowen – It seems like Jack’s wife would have been a critical player in the finale. That one surprised me the most, once I understood the premise of the finale.

  4. Not about the subject, just little advise here. Look at your akismet or plug akismet++ , yours is broken to pieces. You will get horrible amounts of spam in case you wont fix it.
