Lifetime has announced plans for a splashy rollout for the next season of its reality show “Project Runway,” the AP reports.

The show will premiere July 29, when it will air at 9 p.m. ET instead of its usual 10 p.m. To kick off the season with a bang, the first episode will be 90 minutes long.

"Runway," which had a good but not spectacular season on Lifetime last year, is moving back to Manhattan for this run, hoping to rekindle the New York City mojo.

This is the eighth season of the show, which was originally broadcast on Bravo.
