Simon Cowell is planning on creating another new TV show, reports the U.K.’s The Sun newspaper.

The new show will be a global version of Cowell’s "Got Talent" franchise. So far that franchise has a number of "local" country versions, such as "Britain’s Got Talent," and  "America’s Got Talent."

The new show will be  called "The World’s Got Talent," which will feature contestants from 80 countries, the article says.

The show, which will air during the summer of 2011, will be broadcast to a global audience of 300 million people who will watch contestants compete for a winner’s purse of 1 million pounds, or about $1.44 million. The contest will be staged at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

NBC, which airs "America’s Got Talent,"  is lined up to air the program in the U.S. as well as to help fund the program, the article says. The panel of judges is expected to include both Cowell and Piers Morgan, who serves as a judge on "Britain’s Got Talent" and in the U.S. version of the show.
