Confirming news that was rumored last week, TBS has ordered more episodes–a lot more–of one of its sitcoms after a successful 10-episode summer run.

The show, which airs as part of a Wednesday comedy block, is “Are We There Yet?,” starring Terry Crews and Essence Atkins. TBS is ordering 90 more episodes.

In a statement, Michael Wright, executive vice president, head of programming for TBS, TNT and Turner Classic Movies (TCM), said of the renewal, “’Are We There Yet?’ has proven itself to be an extremely strong addition to TBS’s comedy lineup. [It] attracts a young, diverse audience, making it an especially good fit for our Wednesday night slate of original sitcoms.”

The show is produced by Revolution Studios and Cube Vision and distributed by Debmar-Mercury.
