Former ‘Sopranos’ Family Member to Play Cop in New Show

One of the members of Tony Soprano’s family on HBO’s “The Sopranos” is returning to series TV, having been cast in a Lifetime pilot opposite Sherry Stringfield, reports Deadline.com.

Actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who played Tony Soprano’s daughter Meadow, will play a cop this go-round, Stringfield’s detective partner in the untitled Josh Berman ("Drop Dead Diva") pilot. The duo investigate high-profile cases while trying to keep their personal lives in order.
