Hub, the Kids Channel Joint Venture Between Hasbro and Doscovery, Announces Appointment of Director, Consumer Marketing, and Director, Integrated Marketing Solutions

The Hub, multi-platform joint venture between Discovery Communications and Hasbro, Inc., has named two positions in its marketing department, it’s been announced.

Michael Grover has been named Director, Consumer Marketing, and Cindy Slocki joins as Director, Integrated Marketing Solutions.

Both will report to Greg Heanue, the Hub’s vice president of marketing and promotions.

Previously, Grover was marketing manager for the Cartoon Network. Slocki was previously brand manager for United Media.

According to the announcement, "The Hub will launch October 10, 2010 (10-10-10) reaching approximately 60 million U.S. households on what is currently Discovery Kids channel."
