Lindsay Lohan was released from jail early Monday in Los Angeles after serving 14 days of her 90-day sentence for probation violation in a 2007 drug case, USA Today reports.
Next up for the 24-year-old actress is a three-month rehab program. Lohan will have to spend the entire period in treatment and cannot be released early, according to a prosecutor. She was required to report directly to rehab after her release from jail.
A number of acting projects remain on hold for Lohan, including a biopic on porn star Linda Lovelace in which Lohan is slated to play the lead role.
