A former employee of Oprah Winfrey’s OWN–Oprah Winfrey Network–is suing the network claiming wrongful termination and that she was subjected to a hostile work environment because she suffers from multiple sclerosis, reports TMZ.com.

Catherine Dunn started at OWN as an assistant in August 2008 and claims that she needed to take a stress leave and a leave of absence because her symptoms were made worse by the stress at the job.

She alleges that the network replaced her with a "non-disabled and younger employee" while she was out on leave, the story says. She’s asking for unspecified damages.

There wasn’t any comment from OWN, the story says.
