Reality Shows on Fox, NBC, ABC Post Strong Ratings

Reality series from Fox, NBC and ABC all scored well in the Tuesday night Nielsen ratings, according to TVbytheNumbers.com.

At 8 p.m. Fox’s "Hell’s Kitchen" was tops for the hour with a 3.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic, followed closely by ABC’s "Wipeout" with a 2.9 in the demo. NBC’s "Breakthrough With Tony Robbins" failed to connect in its second week, netting only a 0.7 in the 18-49 demographic.

At 9 p.m. Fox’s "MasterChef" was the leader with a 2.7 rating, just ahead of NBC’s "America’s Got Talent" with a 2.6 in the demo. ABC’s second-season premiere of "Shaq Vs." scored a 1.9 rating in 18-49, and the season premiere of CW’s "18 to Life" averaged a 0.35 rating in the demo for the hour.

The 10 p.m. hour was won by the second hour of "America’s Got Talent" with a 3.0 in the 18-49 demo, up against all reruns.
