Three new performers will join the cast of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” this fall, the New York Post reports, and speculation is that some of the current cast members may be out of the lineup when the show’s new season debuts in late September.

One of the newcomers is Taran Killam, best known for his role in “Scrubs.” Two Chicago-based comics, Paul Brittain and Vanessa Bayer, are also set to join the show.

Thus far, only Will Forte has announced his exit from the show, as previously reported. But the announcement of new cast members suggests that other veterans could be leaving the NBC late-night comedy series, the story says.
