You Might Be A Killer Great White If…: ABC Renews ‘Shark Tank,’ Jeff Foxworthy Will Show Up as a Guest Shark

"Shark Tank," which TVWeek has to admit is one of its very favorite guilty pleasures, has been renewed by ABC for a second season. The show and has added comedian Jeff Foxworthy as a judge for three of the eight episodes ordered from Sony Pictures Television and executive producer Mark Burnett, reports the Hollywood Reporter.

The choice to add Foxworthy is unusual, given that he’s not a business figure, the story says. But ABC says the comedian has created his own line of BBQ sauces and beef jerky, as well as expanded his career into different media such as books and albums, according to the article. The five Sharks from the show’s first season will return — ranging from real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran to financial expert Kevin O’Leary — and the second season will debut sometime in 2011, the article adds.

Foxworthy also hosts Burnett’s "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" on Fox.
