The former head of programming for ABC, Jamie Tarses, is returning to the network with a pilot from her Fanfare production unit for Sony TV, reports Deadline.com.

Tarses is teaming with writer/director Betsy Thomas on the relationship comedy. Thomas and Tarses recently teamed up on the TBS sitcom "My Boys."
