Whether or not the family featured in TLC’s "Sister Wives" is in legal trouble is now being determined by the prosecutor, reports TMZ.com.
The Lehi, Utah, Police Department has completed its felony investigation and handed over the case to the Utah County Attorney, the story reports. That office will decide whether to press charges against the family of Kody Brown, who has three wives, a fiancee and 13 children.
If found guilty of bigamy, Brown could face up to five years in jail. Bigamy is a felony in Utah but is rarely prosecuted.
If nothing else mayve they can at least neuter him.
