Video: Two Hosts Walk Off Set of ‘The View’ in Anger at Guest Bill O’Reilly

Fox News star Bill O’Reilly appeared as a guest on ABC’s "The View" Thursday morning and so incensed two of the hosts that they walked off the stage, reports TVSquad.com.

Co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar later returned to the set and rejoined the discussion.

O’Reilly was discussing President Obama’s approval rating and brought up the mosque being built near Ground Zero. When O’Reilly declared "Muslims killed us on 9/11," Behar said, "I don’t want to sit here now. I don’t. I’m outraged by that statement!"

Behar left her chair and walked into the wings, and Goldberg followed her. They returned a few minutes later.

  1. I was so happy to see Joy and Whoopie walk off the set after Bill O’Reilly made his racist remarks blaming a whole religion as terrorists. I myself am a white christian and was offended by his remarks. For a professional(?) journalist, he has disgraced the profession time-and-time again with his open racism…then I guess, what do we expect from a FOX News talent?-)

  2. I have talked to many people and we all feel just like O’Reilly was saying.
I cant believe Whoopi and Joy walking off the stage, that was disrespectful and they should have apologized.

  3. So I would guess to say you are a CNN promoter.
As a christian do you also believe in removing God from the Pledge of Allegiance, our money and our schools?

  4. They did it in the name of Allah and although the majority of muslims are great people, the radicals killed U S citizens. Behar and the other one are ultra libs and a waste of time anyway. O’reilly should feel greatful.

  6. If Joy and Woopie would ever let anyone finish a sentence maybe there wouldn’t be such a misunderstanding….. especially with Joy….there is not a chance of that if someone doesn’t agree with her. Why people watch these bitches I will never understand

  7. By O’Reilly’s logic, Christians killed 168 people, including 19 children under the age of 6, and injured more than 680 people in Oklahoma City. The blast by the Christians destroyed or damaged 324 buildings within a sixteen-block radius, destroyed or burned 86 cars, and shattered glass in 258 nearby buildings. The bomb was estimated to have caused at least $652 million worth of damage and was caused by Christians. As far as mentioning God in the Pledge & on the money, like all FOX viewers, you are misinformed. That was all added in the last century by people like yourselves, trying incite fear of a communist takeover once they gained control of Congress. PLEASE read a f*cking book by someone other than O’Reilly or Glen Beck!

  8. What O’Reilly said was factually correct – Muslims were responsible for the attacks on 9/11. Did he mean to imply that ALL Muslims share the blame? Only Bill can say for sure. Personally, I think the whole thing was staged to increase the audience for The View. They couldn’t wait to be righteously indignant about something O’Reilly said so they could pull their little temper tantrum.

  9. Exactly, John.
Undoubtedly “no”-Joy and “The Big” Whoop pow-wowed for hours in anticipation of their chance to show the conservative beast how indignantly brave they are. Unfortunately, they are just as foolish and misinformed as the worst of the right– it bodes ill for all of us when the loudest, most extreme minorities steer the national conversation.

  10. IMO, O’Reilly is a fascist.
