With both citing irreconcilable differences in their separate divorce petitions filed Monday, Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller are seeking to end their marriage, reports People.com.

Sheen is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their 1 1/2 year old twin boys, the story says. Mueller, though, is seeking primary physical custody with visitation rights for Sheen, according to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the article notes.

The pair separated on Christmas Day after a fight that ended with Sheen in jail. The divorce petitions come after Sheen was hospitalized in New York after reportedly doing drugs and hiring a hooker, as previously reported.

Separately, Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards has reportedly turned down offers of more than $1 million to tell all about what happened that night, reports AOLs PopEater.com’s Naughty but Nice blog. Richards, who wants to protect her children, was at the hotel the night Sheen allegedly went on his bender.
